Battle Of The 8-Inch Tablet: Galaxy Note 510 Vs Galaxy Tab 3 8.0
Samsung now owns two 20.3-cm (8-inch)
display tablets under its umbrella and both of these are targeted at a
completely difference consumers base. Earlier this year, the Korean
electronics brand introduced its Apple iPad Mini rival, Galaxy Note 8.0 (510) in India. And it was the first time that the company looked at a tablet form factor beyond the small 17.7-cm (7-inch) and the large 25.6-cm (10.1-inch).
But now, the company has launched its Galaxy Tab 3 tablet in the 17.7-cm (7-inch), 20.3-cm (8-inch) and 25.6-cm (10.1-inch) segment. The tablets, Note 510 and Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 may be of the same size but when it comes to hardware and pricing, one can expect them to quite different.

Though it may seem unreal, but according to a new report, Apple’s latest iPhone 5S will be a much better than what people are anticipating when it is launched this fall. As reported by Chinese gadget blog WeiPhone on Tuesday, Apple’s next-generation iPhone is likely to have a thinner bezel around its 4.8-inch (12.1-cm) display
Although, the Retina display of next version of iPhone is already claimed to be the best in the industry so far, the site further reports that the phone will include a pristine Retina display that can pack twice as many pixels into a panel, which is of the same size as the current model’s display.

WeiPhone, has submitted accurate details related to unannounced products from Apple even in the past and now it claims that next iPhone will be launched in September.
Micromax Canvas HD Gets Android 4.2 Update
Micromax is reportedly
rolling out the much-awaited Android 4.2 aka Jelly Bean update for its
popular HD smartphone, Canvas HD. After previously releasing Android 4.1
update for Canvas 2
smartphone, the company has decided its time to make the latest Android
version available on its high-selling Canvas HD smartphone and we are
glad the company has done so.
According to MMXNewscaster report, the update is apparently available via company’s service center network, which brings the Android 4.2.1 build to the device. Sadly, the update is not being rolled out over-the-air henceforth, one has to contact their nearest service center and check whether the update is available with them and if not, then when it will be reaching their center.

Top 5 Open Source Software For Windows Users
Software
piracy is a term which has been re-invented over and over again. For
Windows specifically, buying things from anywhere will not help your
case and similar to Apple (a less rigid though), Windows wants its users
to have the best products but by paying for them, of course. You might be familiar with free open source software (FOSS) which has made life easier for many Windows users and saved them a lot of space and money for sure. |
